Monday, Monday

Sometimes things do work out. I was supposed to be working today so that I could take Wednesday off to take G to a dental appoinment at the VA in Denver to check on the progress of her getting permanent implants. However, we were looking at the paperwork last night, and she noticed that the letter we thought was a confirmation of that appointment was actually a CANCELLATION notice! Yay! Still, I worked for a couple of hours earlier, just in case that letter was a mistake, knowing the VA. But we've just confirmed it, so I can kick back the rest of the day. AND, as I watched through my little basement window, the weather got darker and darker, even though there had been a little bit of weak sunshine this morning, till it was snowing to near-white-out conditions. I've added a few pics, and used a flash on a couple of them, so you can see the snow coming down, and some of our avian visitors...
